Kitchenette add $5 - has microwave, sink, hot plate, dishes, refrigerator. Not available in bungalows

Children under 13 and accompanied by two adults are at no charge unless sofa bed or 3rd bed ($5).

Dogs (designated rooms) add $5. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms. You must clean up after your pet.

Bungalows have either 4 or 3 piece private bathroom. Larger rooms have 4 piece private bathroom.

Cancellation Policy - 24 hours prior to arrival

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card to secure your booking.   While we have your credit card number, no immediate charge is made.  Payment is made upon arrival at the Clearwater Valley Resort. In the event of a non arrival your credit card will be charged the day following the confirmed date of arrival.
