	Kitchenette add $5 - has microwave, sink, hot plate, dishes, refrigerator. Not available in bungalows.
	Two children under 13 and accompanied by two adults are at no charge.
	Dogs (designated rooms) add $5. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms or disturb other guests. You must clean up after your pet and be on a leash.
	Bungalows have either 4 or 3 piece private bathroom. Larger rooms have 4 piece private bathroom.
	13% tax not included in price.
	Internet special - guaranteed lowest rates for the resort.

Cancellation Policy- 24 hours prior to arrival

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card - (Visa and Mastercard only) to secure your booking. While we have your credit card number, no immediate charge is made. Payment is made upon arrival at the Clearwater Valley Resort. In the event of a non-arrival or cancellation within 24 hours to arrival your credit card will be charged .
