Policies
All Prices are based on double occupancy except Family rooms which are based on 3 people, additional person $10.00. All rooms are non-smoking, a $200.00 charge for anyone smoking in rooms. Charges will apply if there is damage done to room.
- Large rooms have microwave, sink, hot plate, dishes, refrigerator. Not available in bungalows
- Children under 12 and accompanied by two adults are at no charge unless using sofa bed ($5.00).
- Dogs (designated rooms) add $10.00. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms. You must clean up after your pet.
- Bungalows have either 4 or 3 piece private bathroom. Larger rooms have 4 piece private bathroom.
- 14% tax not included in price.
- Please note rates are subject to change without notice.
- 14 day cancellation notice for groups: 5-8 rooms, 9-14 rooms 45 day cancellation notice.
- Guarantee by credit card required.
- Any reservation errors made by the customer at the time of reservation are the customers responsibility.
Cancellation Policy - 48 hours prior to arrival by noon
Quiet time is strictly enforced at 10:00 pm
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card to secure your booking. While we have your credit card number, no immediate charge is made. Payment is made upon arrival at the Clearwater Valley Resort. In the event of a non arrival your credit card will be charged the day following the confirmed date of arrival.

Policies
All Prices are based 2 people
- Additional people over 2 - Adults $5.00, Children 12 & Under $3.00 extra per night
- Additional people over 2 for Kamping Kabins - Adults $5.00, Children 12 & under $3.00 extra per night. Maximum 4 adults.
- Please add 12% HST
- One camping unit per site and only one vehicle (unless being towed)
- Additional Vehicles $5.00 (not being towed)
- Dogs on leash - You must clean up after your pet.
- Group Tenting minimum of 5 people @ $13.00 per person/night
- Long Weekends minimum stay is 3 nights - No refunds.
- Any reservation errors made by the customer at the time of reservation are the customers responsibility.
Cancellation Policy - 48 hour cancellation notice and $10 cancellation fee. Kamping Kabins Cancellation is 7 day notice.
Quiet time is strictly enforced at 10:00 pm
Site preference is noted when reserving. Guaranteed site # selection however requires a $20.00 per site administration fee, in addition to your deposit.
Ask about KOA Value cards to receive a 10% savings - cost $24 and valid at all KOA's for 1 year. You can purchase these online prior to your trip or when checking in at any KOA.
